How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
